To enhance your leadership skills, UE students have the opportunity to join one of two leadership groups on campus:

UE Leadership Academy

UELA is a two-year commitment during which members graduate from three tiers:

Tier I: Personal Leadership
Tier II: Peer Leadership
Tier III: Community Leadership

Members of UELA are selected through an application process and are directed by a student advisory council and a staff advisor.

UE Catalysts for Change

Catalysts for Change is a free 8-week program held each fall and spring semesters consisting of weekly sessions focused on various topics of leadership and service. We want participants to leave with a plethora of knowledge, skills, and experiences that will help them in future leadership endeavors within student organizations, classes, projects, and life events.
